- Walking Guidebook "The High and Capcir Conflent. 35 walks and two Tour de Pays. Available from € 7 to tourist offices in Mont-Louis, Formiguères, Matemale and House Capcir on the board of Quillane.
- The Book of Naturalists - Interpretive Trail High Conflent trees. On sale 4 € the tourist offices in Mont-Louis, Formiguères, Matemale and House Capcir on the plateau of Quillane.

These guides can be sent to you by mail. For this, send us a check payable to the trésor public, an envelope (size 16.2 x 23 cm) stamped to the amount of 1 € 67 and addressed to you.
Locally, these guides are available at all tourist information centers.

For hiking
Capcir and Haut Conflent are traversed by the GR10 and HRP linking Hendaye to Banyuls. There are also GRP or Country Tour to discover the Capcir and Haut Conflent in 3 or 4 days, going refuges to refuge:
